These Terms govern your use of this site and our booking services for beem® Light Sauna — St. Louis Park. By using the site or any of the services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The $29 intro offer

• The $29 introductory rate is for a single intro session — a 40-minute infrared sauna or a 15-minute red light therapy session.
• Available to new guests at the St. Louis Park location; limit one per person. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Booking is subject to availability. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the studio.

Booking, cancellation & no-shows

Please arrive on time for your session. You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session. Memberships, where purchased, automatically renew for successive interval periods and may be cancelled at any time via your account, by contacting the studio, or by email; no refunds are issued for the current period.

SMS / text messaging program terms

By opting in on our form, you agree to receive automated marketing and appointment text messages (e.g. confirmations, reminders, promotions, discounts, and offers) from or on behalf of beem® at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency: varies based on your activity and our promotions.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may receive a final confirmation message.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
• Your privacy is important to us — see our Privacy Policy. We will not share, sell, or provide your mobile number or mobile opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Health & safety

Infrared sauna and light therapy services are for general wellness and relaxation and are not medical treatment. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or have any medical condition.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, beem®'s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
